The Campbell School PTO runs on volunteer power! To volunteer at any PTO event, you must have a current Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) on file with Dracut Public Schools. You may already be CORI'd for work, as a coach, etc., but this is specific to Dracut Public Schools.
If you're thinking about volunteering for any events this year, please fill out this CORI form and return it to the Superintendent's Office: 2063 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut, MA 01826. Depending on the time of year, these forms can take a bit of time to come back. It's always a good idea to fill out the form just in case.
CORIs are current for 3 years. To check the status of your CORI, please call the office at the Campbell School.
